选取战略性新兴产业专利申请数和授权数作为创新产出指标,运用随机前沿分析得出专利申请导向的产业创新转化效率为0.864,而专利授权导向的创新转化效率仅为0.398。战略性新兴产业创新能力的区域极化效应呈现倒“U”型,四大板块区域内差异高于区域间差异。东部、中部、东北三个板块战略性新兴产业创新能力存在α收敛。七大产业间,新能源汽车产业创新能力的极化效应高于其他六大战略新兴产业。四类专利申请主体中,高校和科研单位创新极化效应减弱。

[Abstract]
This thesis selects the number of patent application and authorization number of strategic emerging industries as output indicators, and uses stochastic frontier analysis. The innovation conversion efficiency of the patent application oriented industry is 0.864, while the innovation conversion efficiency of the patent authorization is only 0.398.The strategic emerging industries innovation ability of regional polarization effect presents the inverted u-shaped, and the difference between the four tectonic plates is higher than that of the region. The innovation capacity of strategic emerging industries in the eastern, central and northeast sectors is the alpha convergence. Among the seven industries, the polarization effect of new energy automobile industry innovation capacity is higher than that of other six strategic emerging industries. Among the four types of innovation, the polarization effect of colleges and universities is weakened.
