河南省技术转移市场体系现状、问题及对策研究

摘要:

随着国家技术转移政策体系的进一步完善，全国及各地市围绕技术转移开展了多样化的探索和实践，但是依然存在科技成果转化“最后一公里”等问题。本文通过梳理我国新时期技术转移相关政策及实践活动，在国内技术转移市场整体格局的认知基础上，结合河南省技术转移市场现状，分析问题并给出以建设国家技术转移郑州中心为抓手，开展河南省技术转移行动计划、搭建以开发技术转移服务工具为核心的线上技术交易平台、培育专业化的技术转移服务人才等对策建议。

However, there are still problems, such as "the last kilometer" of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. By combing policies and activities of technology transfer in the new period of China, this paper analyzes the current situation of the technology transfer market in Henan Province, and gives suggestions of the construction of The national technology transfer center of Zhengzhou, to carry out Henan action plan on technology transfer, building technology trading network with the core of developing service tools of technology transfer, cultivating specialized talents of technology transfer and other countermeasures.
