Abstract:Using systemic methods and complex system perspectives, integrating technical integration practicing, the construction project management system can be characterized as core elements such as “project management subjects, project management tasks, project management environment, and management practices” and “the relationship between them”, which constitutes an organic whole, also analyzes and constructs the “cluster network model” structure for the technical integration of construction projects and the “three-dimensional structural system” for the technical integration of construction projects. The technical integration mechanism research, effect analysis and countermeasure of the construction project are discussed. First, attach importance to the coordination and participation of cross-disciplinary and inter-departmental project “stakeholders”. Third, strengthen the effective control of project site coordination and execution systems.
