摘 要:本文基于创新驱动视角,构建农业创新驱动过程模型,运用灰关联分析法对所建立的广西农业科技创新能力评价指标体系进行筛选,采用熵权TOPSIS法模糊物元综合评价模型,测算广西2010~2016年农业科技创新能力。结果表明,在研究期广西农业科技创新能力显著提高但增速大幅放缓;投入能力对广西农业科技创新能力产生直接拉动作用,但此模式不可持续;农业固定资产投资、专利申请授权数与人均教育投资支出对广西农业科技创新能力有显著正效应;广西农业科技创新环境水平较低,亟待改善。

Abstract:This paper constructs a process model of agricultural innovation drive based on the perspective of innovation drive, uses the grey relational analysis method to screen the evaluation index system of Guangxi's agricultural science and technology innovation capability, and uses the entropy TOPSIS method to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy matter-elements. ~ 2016 Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capabilities. The results show that during the study period, Guangxi's agricultural science and technology innovation capability improved significantly but the growth rate slowed down significantly; investment capacity has a direct driving effect on Guangxi's agricultural science and technology innovation capability, but this model is not sustainable; agricultural fixed asset investment, patent application authorization number and per capita Education investment expenditure has a significant positive effect on Guangxi's agricultural science and technology innovation capability; Guangxi's agricultural science and technology innovation environment is relatively low and needs to be improved.
