装备制造在技术上表现为知识密集,体现多学科和多领域高、精、尖技术的交叉与集成,需要通过外部知识获取与整合以实现技术创新。集成创新的过程受到知识属性及网络结构影响,本文通过结构方程模型对装备制造企业集成创新进行了研究。结果表明知识属性既能直接影响企业技术创新,也能通过网络关系间接影响技术创新;网络环境对技术创新有直接正向作用,网络联系强度则是通过网络环境对创新绩效起促进作用。

Equipment manufacture, which is shown as knowledge intense, reflects the intersection and integration of high, fine and sharp technology in multidisciplinary and multi-domain and needs to achieve technological innovation by acquiring and integrating external knowledge. The process of innovation integration is impacted by knowledge characteristic and network structure. This paper studies on the innovation integration of equipment manufacturing enterprise through the structural equation modeling. And the results indicate that intellectual property can not only directly affect the enterprise technology innovation, but also indirectly affect the technological innovation through the network; the network environment has direct positive effect on technological innovation, and ties of network connection play a role in promoting innovation performance through the network environment.
