科学合理的评价指标体系是可持续发展实验区建设的重中之重。本文从社会进步、经济发展、资源与环境以及科技创新等方面构建广东省S区可持续发展能力建设的综合评价指标体系，对该区可持续发展能力建设水平作出综合评价，提出促进S区提高可持续发展能力建设水平的路径。该研究对指导我国中心城区的可持续发展实验区建设具有重要价值。

Scientific and reasonable evaluation system is the top priority in construction of sustainable development experimental zone. In this paper, building an evaluation system for sustainable development capacity of S district in Guangdong province, in terms of social progress, economic development, resources and environment , technological innovation, to make a comprehensive evaluation of the level for sustainable development capacity, then promote the path to increase sustainable development capacity of S district.The study has important value in guiding the central urban area to construct the sustainable development experimental Zone.
