随着大数据技术迅猛发展以及人工智能技术再次成为全球焦点,建造业的建造效能有了新的要求。针对当前传统建造项目存在的施工管理、安全管理等方面不足,本文首先提出了将大数据智能制造的思想应用至建造业,从建构阶段、施工智能预警、建筑健康诊断多阶段融合智能制造技术体系;然后构建“智能建造+HCPS”框架;最后提出大数据智能制造下建造业的发展对策建议,从而在建设项目中发挥作用,为促进智能建造体系构建提供参考。

With the swift and violent development of big data technology and AI technology once again becoming the global focus, the construction industry has new requirements for its construction efficiency. There is a shortage of construction management and safety management for the current traditional construction projects. This article first proposed applying the idea of big data intelligent manufacturing to the construction industry. Multi-stage integration of intelligent manufacturing technology system from the construction phase, construction of intelligent early warning, and building health diagnosis; Then build a " Intelligent Construction + HCPS" framework; Finally, it puts forward suggestions for the development of construction industry under the big data intelligent manufacturing, so that it can play a role in the construction project and provide a reference for promoting the intelligent construction system construction.
