自军民融合上升为国家战略以来,科技军民融合也愈发受到国家的重视。作为科学技术的源头活水,科研领域的军民融合也是当下迫切需要解决的重大命题。文章基于军民融合视角,针对军队科研承担社会保障任务,以政府、军队科研单位和地方科研院所为主体,进行了演化博弈分析,寻找出能使整个系统处于均衡状态的稳定策略,并从最终的结论中得出对军队科研承担社会保障任务的政策建议。
