结合我国汽车企业研发质量管理薄弱的现状,围绕汽车研发组织如何建立精益质量管理体系以解决资源、成本、效率、产品等方面存在的管理问题,提出了与研发活动相匹配的质量管理体系构建方法,建立了以设计和开发作为价值创造核心过程、以管理和支持作为辅助过程的研发组织质量管理体系框架,基于CATARC管理问题解决方案开发了质量管理体系优化方法,并提炼了具备六种特征的“精益化”质量管理体系,为汽车企业的设计开发部门、技术中心或研究院等研发组织提供了质量能力提升与管理创新的方法和途径。

Based on the weak R&D quality situation of automotive enterprise in China, the paper discussed on how to construct lean quality management system (QMS) for automotive R&D organization so as to solve management problems emerged from resource, cost, efficiency, product or others. The construction method of QMS matched with R&D activities was presented. QMS framework of R&D organization included by design and development process, management process and support process was built. Furthermore, design and development process was the core process of value creation. QMS optimization method based on CATARC management problem solutions (CATARC-MPS) was suggested. The lean QMS with six characteristics was summarized. Research results aimed to provide the approach of quality improvement and management innovation for R&D department, technical center, research institute and other organizations in automobile enterprises.
