对制造企业商业模式转变而言,工业互联网的发展不仅提供了技术可能性,也施加了市场必要性。基于海尔1984-2017的案例资料,借助扎根分析,通过分析海尔商业模式的转化演变路径,论文提出了制造企业基于工业互联网的商业模式的形成与演化框架。研究表明:开放学习与机会捕获是工业互联网影响制造企业商业模式转变的关键中介;多元化价值主张与对潜在客户需求的满足,制造的批量定制化和供应网络关系伙伴化,是工业互联网支撑下的制造企业商业模式的典型特征;工业互联网自身发展驱动制造企业商业模式沿着“九宫格”模型而演化,制造企业初始特征对此有不同影响。研究揭示了工业互联网演变进程中的制造企业商业模式创新路径,为制造企业借助工业互联网驱动商业模式创新提供了分析框架。

The development of the industrial Internet not only provides the possibility of technology, but also the necessity of market. Based on the case data of Haier 1984-2017, by analyzing the transformation and evolution path of Haierundefineds business model, this paper puts forward a framework for the formation and evolution of manufacturing enterpriseundefineds business model based on industrial Internet. The research shows that open learning and opportunity capture are the key mediums for the industrial Internet to influence the transformation of the business model of manufacturing enterprises, and that the diversified value proposition is in partnership with the satisfaction of the needs of potential customers, the batch customization of manufacturing and the supply network. It is a typical characteristic of manufacturing enterprise business model supported by the industrial Internet, and the development of industrial Internet itself drives the development of manufacturing enterprise business model along the "jiugongge" model, and the initial characteristics of manufacturing enterprise have different influence on it. The research reveals the innovation path of manufacturing enterpriseundefineds business model in the process of evolution of industrial Internet, and provides an analytical framework for manufacturing enterprise to drive business model innovation with the help of industrial Internet.
