在考虑风险因素间交互耦合效应的情境下,为了解决评价指标具有信息模糊性和语言描述性的工程质量评价问题,提出了一种基于三角模糊数的工程质量耦合效应评价方法,并通过实证验证了该方法的适用性。研究结果表明:该评价方法能够兼顾因素间交互耦合效应不同程度对评价属性权重的影响,真实有效地体现出工程实际情况,为研究建设工程项目中的评价和管理控制问题提供了新的方法。

In order to solve the problem of engineering quality evaluation with information fuzziness and language description in the context of the interaction between risk factors, an evaluation method of engineering quality coupling effect based on triangular fuzzy number is proposed, and the applicability of this method is verified by empirical evidence. The results show that the evaluation method can give consideration to the influence of different degree of interaction between factors on the weight of evaluation attribute, and effectively reflects the actual situation of engineering, and provides a new method for the study of Evaluation and management control in construction projects.
