Abstract:Knowledge is the core resource of modern enterprises and organizations. How to acquire, store, share, integrate and create knowledge effectively has become an important issue for theoretical research and management practice. Based on the perspective of knowledge management, this paper discussed the influence of transactive memory system and team mental model on team creativity and the mediating role of exploratory learning and knowledge sharing. A total of 148 people from 33 research teams participated in the questionnaire survey. Hierarchical regression was used for hypothesis testing and results showed that: (1) the relationship between transactive memory system and team creativity was u-shaped pattern, and the relationship between team mental model and team creativity was u-shaped pattern too. (2) the impact of transactive memory system on team creativity was fully mediated by exploratory learning and knowledge sharing, and the impact of team mental models on team creativity was partial mediated by exploratory learning and knowledge sharing; (3) Ability to share knowledge plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between exploratory learning and team creativity.
