新时代经济的发展和技术的创新都离不开人才资源,构建优良的人才培养模式,是实现国家创新驱动发展战略实施的重要环节,更是推动传统工科转型、促进科技和经济发展的重要途径。本文通过分析国内外的创业人才培养模式针对新工科体验式创业人才培养模式构建提供借鉴,从体验式创业人才培养的课程内容、教学质量、展示平台以及机制制定等方面入手,以广东工业大学为例开展创业教学实践并对其成果进行分析,为完善新工科体验式创业人才培养模式提供重要范例。
