Abstract:The industrial agglomeration and environmental regulation were extended to the theoretical model of production density from the perspective of production input and output, and on this basis, the spatial doberen panel STIRPAT model of industrial agglomeration was constructed. Then the Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry was taken as an example, a variety of pollutants was considered, and the environmental effects of industrial agglomeration were investigated from two aspects: pollution emission and pollution emission intensity. The results show that industrial agglomeration increases the emission of pollution, but effectively reduces the intensity of pollution emission. Industrial agglomeration has a significant spatial space spillover effect on pollution emission. It is considered that accelerating industrial agglomeration and actively promoting resource sharing and technology spillovers among enterprises is the key to a benign agglomeration. The fundamental of regional pollution prevention and control is to establish regional coordination mechanism and realize the scientific development mode of common development and common governance among regions.
