特色小镇是我国经济新常态下产业转型升级的新路径、新机遇，特色小镇信息服务平台是支撑特色小镇建设的基础力量。本文从特色小镇“宜业宜居宜游”的三大职能出发，分析了特色小镇信息服务平台主要面临的三方面信息需求，在此基础上构建了特色小镇信息服务平台。特色小镇信息服务平台由主体层、平台层、内容层、应用层四个层面组成，以支撑特色小镇产业发展、居民生活、旅游服务的宜业宜居宜游职能，从而实现产业转型升级与发展。

Abstract:

The characteristic towns is a new path and new opportunity for industrial transformation and upgrading under the new normal of China's economy. The characteristic towns information service platform is the basic force to support the construction of characteristic towns. This paper starts from the three functions of the characteristic towns “suit for industry, suit for life, suit for tour”, analyzing the three aspects of information demand that the characteristic towns information service platform mainly faces, building the information service platform on this basis. The characteristic towns information service platform consists of four levels: the main layer, the platform level, the content layer and the application layer, to support the development of the characteristic small towns industry, residents' living, and tourism services. Thereby achieving industrial transformation, upgrading and development.
