提出了“零库存、零等待、零寻找、短物流、高柔性”的制造系统精益设计功能性特点,并以其为切入点,采用平衡计分卡方法构建了制造系统精益设计评价指标体系;采用指数标度的AHP方法构造判断矩阵,确定了较客观的评价指标权重;提出加权校准马氏距离改进的TOPSIS决策方法,对制造系统精益设计方进行优劣排序;应用实例验证了所提方法的合理性和有效性,计算结果表明,此方法所做出的决策更加可靠,其应用性更强。为制造系统精益设计方案决策提供了实践参考。

From the viewpoint of the functional characteristics of Manufacturing System Lean Design(MSLD),which is ies, zero waiting, zero search, short logistics and high flexibility ",established its evaluation index system based on BSC(balanced score card) method; The evaluation matrix was constructed by index scale of AHP method, objectively determined the evaluation index weight; put forwards Weighted regularized Mahalanobis Distances improved TOPSIS method to determine the sorts of MSLD solutions. Finally, a application example verifies the rationality and validity of the proposed method, results show that the method is more reliable, accurate and applicable. It provides practical reference for the decision-making of lean design solutions for manufacturing systems.
