以双创战略在民营经济相对发达的温州地区的实施及其效果为研究对象，分别从国家政策的解读与众创空间的内涵着手，通过调研，以翔实的数据展示温州地区创客空间的发展历程和特征，并就存在的问题，结合产业特色、人才聚焦和投资文化等方面，提出对策和建议，以促进地区科技进步

Taking the implementation and effect of double-creation strategy in Wenzhou area where private economy is relatively developed as the research object, starting from the interpretation of national policy and the connotation of public-creation space, through investigation and research, this paper demonstrates the development process and characteristics of passenger-creation space in Wenzhou area with detailed data, and combines the industrial characteristics and people with the existing problems. Focus and investment culture, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote regional scientific and technological progress.
