“互联网+”时代,互联网是经济社会发展的基础设施,而“互联网+”则是经济社会发展的新形态。“互联网+”创新引爆了消费领域,产生了天翻地覆的变革,给社会生生活带了巨大的便利,而“互联网+”创新在驱动制造业演化发展方面尚处于起步阶段。本文从“互联网+”创新驱动制造业发展的运行机制、运行模式和发展途径等方面,创新性提出了“创新互联网平台”和“智慧创新元”的概念,深入研究了“互联网+”创新驱动制造业的演化发展。

In the "Internet +" era, Internet is the infrastructure for economic and social development, and "Internet +" is a new form of economic and social development. "Internet +" innovation has created a revolution in the consumption field, which has brought great convenience to the social life. However, "Internet +" innovation is still in its infancy in driving the evolution of manufacturing. This paper proposes the concept of “Innovation Internet Platform” and “Smart Innovation Element”. From the aspects of "Internet +" innovation-driven manufacturing development mechanism, operation mode and implementation path, the paper deeply studies the evolution of "Internet +" innovation-driven manufacturing.
