Abstract:From the perspective of data model, this paper studies the progress and cost performance of modular building components. By introducing BIM (building information modeling) and RFID (radio frequency identification) technology, the paper designs a progress-cost collaborative management platform for modular building components under the background of life cycle, the platform can effectively prevent and improve progress delay and high cost of components in the field of modular construction, then provide theoretical basis and supportive data for relevant project managers making decisions so as to realize the basic goal of progress and cost of modular construction projects, which has great guiding significance in improving the construction level of modular construction.
