参与科技计划项目并建立科技合作关系是开展科学研究的重要方式。本文以“国家重点研发计划纳米专项”的项目数据以及其资助产出的SCI论文数据为对象,采用科学计量与社会网络的分析方法研究立项合作网络与论文合著网络的区域特征、网络特性等,并通过对比分析等发现科技合作关系中的重要特征趋势。

Participating in science technology projects and establishing cooperation relationship in the projects has gained a great deal of attention. This paper takes the project data of “National key research and development program” and the output paper data supported by it as the basis of research. Using scientometrics and social network analysis methods to study the regional cooperation and network characteristics of the cooperation network established by project leaders. Finally,the important characteristics are shown by comparing between different networks.
