首先从种植、初加工和制品来分析海南省天然橡胶产业的现状,并梳理面临的主要科技问题；其次从阶段论、关联链和实际运用三个方面分析科技创新链研究现状；接着构建天然橡胶材料与制品创新中心框架,探析运行机制与重点领域,最后是一些建议。

The paper briefly introduces the status of natural rubber industry in Hainan Province and provide main scientific and technological issues. Main research progresses in the technological innovation chain are analyzed in perspectives of stage theory, linkage chain and application. It designs the framework and operation mechanism of the Center for Natural Rubber Material and Manufacturing Innovation and offers the important research fields and some advices.
