Abstract:This study, through the two-way Fixed Effects, Heteroscedasticity Probit and Poisson regression of non-equilibrium panel database, Based on 7053 technology service enterprises in Shanghai, obtains 2013-2016 16351 sample points, analyzing the relationship between human capital heterogeneity, open innovation and organizational performance and coming to the conclusion: There is no no positive relationship between the heterogeneity of human capital and the open innovation of enterprises; The human capital heterogeneity of science and technology service industry negatively affects the labor productivity of enterprises, However,improves the innovation ability of the enterprise; The open innovation of science and technology service industry negatively affects the labor productivity of enterprises, and has a positive impact on the innovation ability of enterprises; Open innovation plays a negative amplification role in the relationship between human capital heterogeneity and enterprise labor productivity, and a positive amplification role in the relationship between human capital heterogeneity and enterprise innovation capability.
