通过非平衡面板双向固定效应和异方差Probit模型、泊松回归,基于上海市7053家科技服务企业2013-2016年16351个样本点,实证分析科技服务企业内部人力资本异质性、开放式创新和企业绩效三者之间的关系,结果发现:人力资本异质性和企业的开放式创新之间不存在正向线性关系;企业人力资本异质性负向影响企业劳动生产率,正向影响企业的创新能力;开放式创新负向影响企业劳动生产率,正向影响企业创新能力;开放式创新在人力资本异质性和企业劳动生产率的关系中起到了负向放大的作用,在人力资本异质性和企业创新能力关系中起到了正向放大作用。

This study, through the two-way Fixed Effects, Heteroscedasticity Probit and Poisson regression of non-equilibrium panel database, Based on 7053 technology service enterprises in Shanghai, obtains 2013-2016 16351 sample points, analyzing the relationship between human capital heterogeneity, open innovation and organizational performance and coming to the conclusion: There is no no positive relationship between the heterogeneity of human capital and the open innovation of enterprises; The human capital heterogeneity of science and technology service industry negatively affects the labor productivity of enterprises, However,improves the innovation ability of the enterprise; The open innovation of science and technology service industry negatively affects the labor productivity of enterprises, and has a positive impact on the innovation ability of enterprises; Open innovation plays a negative amplification role in the relationship between human capital heterogeneity and enterprise labor productivity, and a positive amplification role in the relationship between human capital heterogeneity and enterprise innovation capability.
