基于粤港澳大湾区协同发展的时代背景,分析粤港澳人才合作示范区的发展现状与实践经验,剖析潜在的问题与发展短板,并对标国内人才管理改革试验区及自主创新示范区的创新实践,研究提出新时期推动粤港澳人才合作示范区创新发展的战略方向。

Based on the background of the coordinated development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District, this paper analyzes the development status and practical experience of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Talent Cooperation Demonstration Zone, analyzes potential problems and development shortcomings, and benchmarks the domestic talent management reform pilot zone and the independent innovation demonstration zone. Innovative practice, research proposes the strategic direction for promoting the innovation and development of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao talent cooperation demonstration zone in the new era.
