为了顺应“绿色经济”的时代要求,政府纷纷出台有助于促进再制造品生产和销售的差别权重补贴政策。本文在考虑消费者对于新产品和再制造品不同接受度的基础上,建立了差别权重补贴下考虑消费者异质需求的闭环供应链决策模型,并对集中决策和分散决策下的最优定价、需求量和利润进行了对比;进而,在考虑闭环供应链总利润如何分配的基础上,设计了基于努力和收益共享费用分担(RES)的闭环供应链契约协调机制,对闭环供应链决策进行优化;最后,利用MATLAB软件来检验文章中重要参数的灵敏度和验证契约优化的结果,得出的结论对政府制定差别权重补贴政策和企业实施相应的决策有指导作用。

In order to comply with the requirements of the "green economy" era,the government introduced a differential weight subsidy policy that will help promote the production and sale of remanufactured products。Based on the consumer's different acceptance of new products and remanufactured products,this paper establishes the decision models of closed-loop supply chain considering consumers’ heterogeneous demands under differential weight subsidy。And compare the optimal pricing、demand and profit in centralized decision with those in decentralized decision;Furthermore,on the basis of considering how the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain is distributed,a closed-loop supply chain contract coordination mechanism based on effort and revenue-and-expenses-sharing (RES) is designed to optimize the closed-loop supply chain decision;Finally,using MATLAB software to test the sensitivity of important parameters in the article and verify the results of contract optimization,The conclusion can guide the government to formulate differential weight subsidy policies and enterprises to implement corresponding decisions。
