[摘要]
将突变级数法和熵值法结合构建制造业绿色工艺创新能力评价模型,该模型包括:构建制造业绿色工艺创新能力评价指标体系、使用熵值法确定各级指标权重、确定评价指标体系各层级突变系统类型及利用归一公式进行评价。根据评价模型对中国29个制造行业绿色工艺创新能力进行实证研究,得到29个制造行业的绿色工艺创新能力及其绿色工艺创新投入和产出能力的顺序,根据该排序及特点将29个制造行业绿色工艺创新能力划分为较差、差、一般、好、较好共5个水平,并根据各能力水平提出相应发展对策。

The article combines catastrophe progression and entropy method to construct the evaluation model of green process innovation capability. The model includes four parts: the construction of evaluation index system of green process innovation capability, using entropy method to determine the weight of each index, determining the type of catastrophe system and evaluating them by use of normalized formula. According to the evaluation model, an empirical study is made on green process innovation capability of 29 manufacturing industries in China. The study finds that the order of green process innovation capability, and input and output capacity of 29 manufacturing industries. Based on the order and characteristics, the green process innovation capability of 29 manufacturing industries is divided into 5 levels which are worse, bad, medium, good and better. At last, the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to their capability level.
