现有的研究不仅认为冲突管理是企业经营管理中不可缺少的一部分,还发现冲突的建设性作用可以提高组织绩效并且促进创新。科技创新团队在创新过程和不同阶段中存在着各种各样的冲突形式和创新最佳状态。研究分析了当前各种各样科技创新团队的冲突状态,针对当前科技创新团队成员个性差异、个人不同的价值观、信息沟通不良、工作竞争等冲突表现形式。基于组织结构上的功能缺陷、团队价值观的差异以及团队沟通不畅、个人目标与团队目标的差异、个人与团队文化的不同以及个人利益与团队利益的差异引起的冲突,以及建设性冲突有利于增强团队凝聚力,促进创新思维并促进团队的研发创新工作等问题,围绕团队成员、团队构造、团队的内外部环境三方面改进创新最佳状态从而促进科技创新团队创新,并构建了基于冲突机理的创新最佳状态为科技创新团队的创新发展提供了可行性对策。
