建筑运维是整个建筑全生命周期的最后一个阶段,也是持续时间最长的一个阶段。为解决传统建筑运维管理设备信息割裂、运维信息真实性难以保证、耗时较长等问题,本文从空间管理、绿色管理、火灾应急管理三点出发,借助建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)中存储的数据和全过程管理信息,通过信息提取、数据挖掘,构建建筑智能化运维管理平台。旨在降低运维管理难度,推动办公建筑运维管理智能化发展。

The operation and maintenance (O M) combined denotes the last phase of the life cycle of a building, which runs the longest period. To address the problems of O M equipment in conventional buildings including asymmetry and uncertainty of information, and time-consuming, this paper aims to build an intelligent O M management platform from the standpoint of space management, green management, and fire emergency management by information extraction and data mining using the data stored in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and lifecycle management information. As such, the O M of a building could be more easily conducted and the intelligent development of O M management in office buildings could thus be promoted.
