将高校科技成果转化博弈分为与企业合作转化或者独立转化两种,在合作转化的前提下,更深层次考虑合作转化下高校选择技术转让或者共同商业化两种模式的优劣。将商业化成本、科技成果转化率纳入高校科技成果转化收益的影响因素中,构建企业与高校合作的演化博弈支付矩阵,通过演化博弈方法求得高校科技成果转化收益的均衡解,并通过数值与案例分析探索了商业化成本和科技成果转化率的不同变化对高校选择科技成果转化模式的影响。研究表明:(1)随着高校和企业合作转化时的科技成果转化率逐渐增大,高校更偏向于选择与企业合作来完成技术成果转化,在此种情况下,如果高校选择“商业化合作”模式所获得的总收益最大时,高校更愿意选择与企业进行商业化合作来完成科技成果转化。如果高校的商业化能力小于企业的创新能力时,高校更偏向于选择“技术交易”策略来完成技术成果转化;(2)随着企业付出的商业化成本逐渐增大时,企业将拒绝与高校合作,高校最终只能选择“自办企业”模式来完成技术成果转化;(3)随着高校付出的科技成果价值逐渐减少时,高校的期望收益增多,高校更偏向于选择“商业化合作”模式完成技术成果转化。

The game of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is divided into two types: cooperation with enterprises or independent transformation. Under the premise of cooperation and transformation, we consider the advantages and disadvantages of colleges and universities in choosing technology transfer or common commercialization under cooperation and transformation. Combining the cost of commercialization and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements into the influencing factors of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities, constructing an evolutionary game pay matrix for cooperation between universities and universities, and obtaining an equilibrium solution to the benefits of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities through an evolutionary game, and numerically The case study explored the effects of different changes in the cost of commercialization and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements on the selection of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. Research shows that: (1) With the increase in the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in the transformation of universities and enterprises, universities are more inclined to choose to cooperate with enterprises to complete the transformation of technological achievements. Under such circumstances, if the university chooses “commercial cooperation” When the total revenue obtained by the model is the greatest, colleges and universities are more willing to choose to cooperate with the enterprise to complete the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. If the commercialization ability of the university is less than the innovation ability of the enterprise, the university is more inclined to choose the “technical transaction” strategy to complete the transformation of the technological achievement; (2) the enterprise will reject the university if the cost of commercialization of the enterprise increases gradually. In cooperation, colleges and universities can only choose the “self-run enterprise” model to complete the transformation of technological achievements; (3) As the value of scientific and technological achievements paid by universities gradually decreases, the expected returns of universities increase, and universities prefer to “commercial cooperation”. The model completes the transformation of technological achievements.
