科学评价分析中国建筑业碳排放效率及空间关联特征对减排有着重要的指导意义。基于SBM模型测算2004-2017年中国30个省(市、区)建筑业碳排放效率,运用莫兰指数分析其空间关联性。结果发现:研究期间内中国建筑业碳排放效率为0.805,呈现出“M”型曲线的走势,存在显著的区域差异性,与经济发达程度具有较高的一致性,东高西低较为明显;各省(市、区)建筑业碳排放效率在空间上表现出较强的正相关性特征,具有明显的空间依赖性和空间异质性,高高聚集区主要分布在东部长三角沿海地区,低低聚集区主要分布在东北、西南和西北地区。

Scientific evaluation and analysis of carbon emission efficiency and spatial correlation characteristics in China"s construction industry has important guiding significance for emission reduction. By calculating the carbon emission efficiency of construction industry in 30 provinces (municipalities and regions) in China between 2004 and 2017 based on the SBM model and analyzing its spatial correlation with Moran index, the results show: the carbon emission efficiency of construction industry in China is 0.805, with the trend of "M" curve, conspicuous regional difference, consistent with the degree of economic development and distinct feauture of the east higher than the west; The carbon emission efficiency of construction industry in 30 provinces (municipalities and regions) of China shows a strong positive correlation in space with obvious spatial dependence and heterogeneity, the higher concentration areas mainly distributing in the coastal areas of the Yangtze River Delta and the lower concentration areas mainly in the northeast, southwest and northwest regions.
