为研究我国高技术产业创新系统的协同发展情况,基于复合系统协同度模型,运用2009—2016年《中国高技术产业统计年鉴》数据,对各子系统有序度和复合系统协同度进行测量,并对各行业分析结果进行聚类。研究结果显示:我国高技术产业创新系统的协同度整体偏低,行业间的差距较为显著,以通信设备制造和化学药品制造为代表的两类行业协同演化水平较高,航天器制造的创新吸收子系统有序度相对较低。在已有研究基础上进一步细化各行业协同创新发展状况并提出相应建议,以期不断推进我国高技术产业创新系统的协同发展。

In order to study the synergistic development of hi-tech industry innovation system, based on the synergistic degree model of composite system, this paper uses the data of Statistical Yearbook of China's High-tech Industry from 2009 to 2016 to measure the order degree of subsystems and the synergy degree of composite system, and clusters the analysis results of various industries, then analyzes the results for clustering. The results of the study show that: the innovation system of high-tech industry in China has a relatively low degree of cooperation, and the gap between the industries is more significant, and the two types of industry co-evolution levels represented by the manufacturing of communication equipment and the manufacture of chemicals are higher, and the order degree of the innovative absorption subsystem of the spacecraft is relatively low. On the basis of the existing research, the paper further refines the development status of cooperative innovation in various industries and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to continuously promote the cooperative development of innovation system in high-tech industries in China.
