如何甄别适合创新的企业?企业做好创新应从哪些方面做出改变?为解决上述问题,提出企业创新胜任力的概念,明确其内涵、特征、功能和要素体系,提出精神—制度—行为三位一体企业创新胜任力模型,构建企业创新胜任力要素体系。以长城汽车为例,分析其在创新过程中的创新胜任力要素,发现其在创新发展历程中具备胜任创新的各项要素,具有很高的创新胜任力。研究对于识别优质创新型企业,提升企业创新胜任力,推动企业创新追求从“数量”到“质量”的转变具有重要意义。

How to identify whether a company is suitable for innovation? What changes should enterprises make in order to control innovations? In order to solve the above problems, the concept of enterprise innovation competency is put forward. The connotation, characteristics, functions and element system are clarified, and the spirit-institution-behavior trinity innovation competency model of enterprise is proposed. Constructing the system of enterprise innovation competency. Take Great Wall Motor as an example and analyzes the innovative competency elements in the process. The research finds that it has the elements of competent innovation in the process of innovation development and has high innovation competence. Research is of great significance for identifying high-quality innovative enterprises, enhancing the innovation competence of enterprises, and promoting the transformation of enterprise innovation from “quantity” to “quality”.
