创新创业导师能力素质提升是各创业孵化服务机构的重要任务。当前广东创新创业导师存在“塔尖不高,塔基不实”的结构性短板问题,必须注重导师队伍建设,提升导师能力素质。为此,本文结合创新创业导师能力素质模型,提出创新创业导师能力素质提升路径建议,包括加强导师人才储备,完善导师培训机制,建立导师激励机制,考评和退出机制等。

The improvement of the ability and quality of innovative entrepreneurial instructors is an important task for each business incubator. At present, Guangdong's innovation and entrepreneurship instructors have the problem of structural short-boards with "not high spires and unreliable towers." It is necessary to pay attention to the construction of the mentors and improve the abilities of the mentors. To this end, this paper combines the model of innovation and entrepreneurial instructor's ability and quality, proposes the path of improving the ability of innovative entrepreneurial tutors, including strengthening the mentor talent reserve, improving the tutor training mechanism, establishing the tutor incentive mechanism, evaluation and exit mechanism.
