以中兴事件为起点,从半导体产业特征入手,结合英特尔和三星电子的成功经验,即长期研发投入和基础研究；大量核心基础专利积累；开放的全球合作网络以及平台生态优势,探讨中国半导体技术创新之路。中国半导体产业后发企业居多,国际龙头企业建立的平台优势很难打破,但仍存在追赶机会,需要：(1)持续加强研发投入,积累基础研究成果；(2)捕捉技术突破机会,布局可进入细分领域专利；(3)构建产业生态支撑体系,打造半导体企业生态圈。

Taking ZTE event as the starting point, with characteristics of semiconductor industry and the great successful experiences of Intel and Samsung, it is that long-term sustainable R D and basic research; substantial accumulation of core and base patents; open global network of partnerships and insurmountable platform advantages. For China"s semiconductor industry, there have opportunities to catch up and needs to :(1) continue to strengthen semiconductor R D investment and accumulate basic research achievements; (2) capture technical breakthrough opportunities and implement patent layout of potential entering submarket; (3) build industrial ecological support system and semiconductor platform ecosystem.
