      为完善项目群工期-费用优化模型和提高模型求解的精确性和有效性,通过对基于子网络的项目群工期压缩机理的分析,剖析了在资源约束下工期压缩对业主支付费用的影响,研究并构建了单一资源约束下工程项目群工期压缩费用最低模型,结合南水北调工程运用基于模拟退火的混合粒子群算法对模型进行求解,得到全局最优的项目群工期压缩资源调配方案和工期压缩方案,为项目群工期压缩问题提供了新的思路和解决方法。

      In order to improve the time-cost optimization model of program and improve the accuracy and validity of solving the model, the time limit compressor mechanism of program based on sub-network is discussed and the impact of time limit reduction on owner"s payment under resource constraints is analyzed. The lowest cost model of time limit compression of program under single resource constraint is constructed. The hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm based on simulated annealing is applied to solve the model with an example of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The resource allocation scheme and time compression scheme of program with global optimum are determined. A new way of thinking and solution to the problem of time limit reduction of program is provided.
