      基于核电企业开放式创新能力的内涵特征,从创新资源获取、创新资源整合以及创新扩散3个方面设计核电企业开放式创新能力评价指标体系,并结合熵权法和数值转换构建改进的突变级数评价模型,以避免评价过程中的主观影响,同时使评价结果具有绝对数值上的含义。进一步选取国内71家核电上市公司为对象进行实证研究,研究结果一方面表明现阶段我国核电企业开放式创新能力整体上处于中等以下水平,尚存在较大的提升空间,另一方面验证了所构建的改进突变级数评价模型在创新能力综合评价方面具有较好的适用性。
英文摘要:
      Based on the connotation and feature of nuclear power enterprise open innovation, This paper designs the open innovation ability evaluation index system of nuclear power enterprise from three aspects of innovation resource acquisition, innovation resource integration and innovation diffusion, and constructs an improved evaluation model combined with the entropy weight method and numerical transformation in order to avoid the subjective influence in the evaluation process and provide the evaluation result with an absolute numerical meaning. Furtherly, the paper selects 71 listed nuclear power companies in China for empirical research, the research results show that on the one hand, the current open innovation capability of China's nuclear power companies is below the medium level as a whole, and there is a large room for improvement, on the other hand, it is verified that the improved evaluation model has good applicability in the comprehensive evaluation of innovation ability.
