Abstract:In previous studies, most researches focused on the relationship between dynamic capability and innovation performance from the enterprise level, but less on the relationship between the two based on the individual level, that is, the role of the manager"s personal characteristics of the senior management team on the innovation performance of the enterprise, and the relevant intermediary elements were not clear. Based on the dynamic capabilities and business model theory, the top management of new high-tech enterprises is taken as the research object, and the relationship between dynamic managerial capabilities and enterprise innovation performance is analyzed in depth. On this basis the mediating role of business model design is analyzed. The research results show that: Dynamic managerial capabilities has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises; Business model design has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises; Dynamic managerial capabilities can indirectly influence innovation performance through business model design, business model is designed, there is a partial mediation between dynamic managerial capabilities and enterprises innovation performance.
