通过分析制造企业数字化转型的相关因素，从技术变革、组织变革和管理变革的角度，构建了制造企业数字化转型能力评价指标体系，应用层次分析法计算指标权重，结合实际案例开展制造企业数字化转型能力的评价，针对制造企业转型过程中存在的不足提出了相关建议。

By analyzing the relevant factors of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, from the perspective of technological change, organizational change and management change, the evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprise digital transformation capability is constructed, the weight of index is calculated by using AHP, and the digital transformation ability of manufacturing enterprises is combined with actual cases. The evaluation puts forward relevant suggestions for the shortcomings in the transformation process of manufacturing enterprises.
