当前由于创业教育中缺乏培养学生创造力的内容和环节,从而导致学生的创新力不足和创业项目质量不高的现象比比皆是。本研究以温州四所本科高校的605名在校生为研究对象,主要探讨大学生创造力、创业自我效能感、创业态度、感知控制以及主观规范对其创业意愿的影响。本研究采用问卷调查的方式获取数据,应用Spss20.0对数据进行描述性分析和探索性分析,并应用Amos22.0对数据进行验证性因子分析,最终得出创造力对创业意愿有显著性影响,创业自我效能感对感知行为控制有显著性影响,感知行为控制、主观规范及创业态度对创业意愿有显著影响,因此大学生创业教育应该关注对学生创造力的培养,并增强其自身创业效能感,在提高其创业意愿的同时,也提升其创业质量。

Due to the lack of content and link of cultivating students' creativity in entrepreneurship education, there are many phenomena that students' innovation ability is insufficient and the quality of entrepreneurship projects is not high. In this study, 605 students from four colleges and universities in Wenzhou were selected as the research objects. The main purpose of this study was to explore the influence of creativity, self-efficacy, attitude, control and subjective norms on their willingness to start a business. In this study, questionnaire survey was used to obtain data, SPSS 20.0 was used to conduct descriptive analysis and exploratory analysis of data, Amos 22.0 was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis of data, and finally it was concluded that creativity has a significant impact on entrepreneurial willingness, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant impact on perceived behavior control, and perceived behavior control, subjective norms and entrepreneurial attitude have a significant impact on entrepreneurship Willingness has a significant impact, so the entrepreneurship education of college students should pay attention to the cultivation of students' creativity, and enhance their own entrepreneurial efficacy, while improving their entrepreneurial willingness, but also improve their entrepreneurial quality.
