Abstract:Emergency requires multi-agent's collaboration to respond, and information and knowledge are the basis for multi-agent's collaboration, so it is of great significance to establish a multi-agent emergency knowledge collaborative management system for improving emergency response capability. In this paper, based on the theory of knowledge collaboration, the multi-agent emergency collaborative management system is deeply studied. First, the current problems existing in the multi-agent emergency knowledge management are analyzed. Then, based on the analysis of these problems, the multi-agent emergency knowledge collaborative management system model is proposed, and a comprehensive description is given from conceptual model, operational model, and implementation model. Finally, the paper discussed the guarantee system from three levels: organization, technology, and regulations. The model of multi-agent emergency knowledge cooperation system embodies the integration of knowledge cooperation activities and emergency management process, and it provides a theoretical reference for the construction of multi-agent emergency knowledge cooperation management system.
