Abstract:Based on the perspective of technology niche, this paper constructs the evaluation system of scientific and technological innovation efficiency in Guangdong province, uses the DEA-Tobit model to calculate the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong, and makes an empirical analysis of its influencing factors. The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in Guangdong is 0.685 and 0.813 respectively, and the overall efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in incubation stage is higher than that in cultivation stage, and pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency jointly restrict the overall efficiency; science and technology policy, applied research and experimental development costs, the number of state-level science and technology business incubators are important factors affecting the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. Based on the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of intellectual property protection, achievement transformation and basic research.
