2019年6月13日,我国科创板正式开板。设立科创板意在实现资本市场和科技创新更加深度的融合,增强上市企业科技创新能力,提升我国整体科技创新水平。本研究基于创新绩效评价已有研究成果,构建科创板上市企业创新效率评价指标体系和模型,并以74家已上市公司作为研究对象,运用DEA方法合理评价科创板上市公司在上市前的创新绩效水平,分析企业在科技创新中存在的问题及原因,为科创板上市公司优化资源配置提供一定指导建议。

China SSE STAR Market opens on June 13, 2019. The purpose of China SSE STAR Market is to realize the deeper integration of capital market and scientific and technological innovation, enhance the technological innovation ability of listed enterprises, and improve the overall level of scientific and technological innovation in China. Based on existing research, the research builds the construction of evaluation index system and model for the innovation efficiency of SSE STAR Market enterprises. And the research evaluates and analyzes the innovation performance of 74 enterprises on the SSE STAR Market from 2016 to 2018 by using DEA method. In the end, the research finds the problems and reasons existing enterprise innovation, optimize the allocation of enterprise resource optimization for SSE STAR Market.
