技术就绪度评价方法是一种标准化评估方法,可实现对科技计划项目实施进展状态的精细化定量评价。本文以广东省应用型科技研发专项中期评估为案例,探讨技术就绪度在省级科技计划项目中期评估中的应用模式和路径,总结实际应用中存在的问题,并提出相关建议措施,以进一步完善技术就绪度评价方法,助力科技计划项目顺利实施。

The Technology Readiness Evaluation method is a standard evaluation method, which can realize fine quantitative evaluation of the implementation progress of science and technology plan projects. Taking the mid-term evaluation of Guangdong province applied science and technology research and development project as an example, the application mode and path of technology readiness in the mid-term evaluation of provincial science and technology plan projects were also discussed. The existing problems in practical application were summarized, and relevant suggestions and measures were proposed to further improve the evaluation method of technology readiness and help the smooth implementation of science and technology plan projects.
