      世界科技创新发展史表明,国际科技创新中心作为科技创新高地,深刻影响着全球的科技、经济发展格局,具有强大的辐射带动作用。粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设是习近平总书记亲自见证的国家战略,对增强我国综合国力,提升国际竞争力具有重要意义。本文研究国际创新中心的概念内涵、主要特征、发展和演进,在此基础上深入研究国际科技创新中心的四大核心组成体系,并提出粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设的对策建议。

      The history of the world"s scientific and technological innovation shows that the international scientific and technological innovation center, as the highland of scientific and technological innovation, has a strong radiation leading role. It has a profound impact on the global pattern of science, technology and economy. The construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area is a national strategy witnessed by general secretary Xi Jinping. It is of great significance to enhance China"s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. This paper studies the concept, main characteristics, development and evolution of the international innovation center. On this basis, it studies the four core components of the international technology innovation center, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.
