[摘要]
本文基于1999-2017年农业科学院省级面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数测算农业全要素生产率,并采用Hsieh and klenow建立的资源错配模型测算出农业科技资源总错配指数。基于地区农业科技资源错配视角构建门槛模型,实证分析农业科技资源错配对农业全要素生产率的非线性作用机理。实证结果表明:①中国25个省份存在着不同程度的农业科技资源错配,农业科技资源错配情况虽有改善但效果并不明显。②农业科技资源错配程度与农业全要素生产率之间存在明显的双门槛效应且农业全要素生产率的变化显著受限于地区农业科技资源错配程度。③农业科技资源错配与农业全要素生产率之间呈U型关系,在不同的农业科技资源错配门槛区间内对农业全要素生产率有不同的影响。

This paper used the provincial panel data of agricultural research institutes from 1999-2017,DEA Malmquist index was used to calculate agricultural total factor productivity,the resource mismatch model established by Hsieh and klenow was used to calculate the total mismatch index of agricultural science and technology resources.A threshold model based on the mismatch of regional agricultural science and technology resources was established to empirically ananlyse the nonlinear mechanism of mismatching agricultural science and technology resources. empirical results shows that:frist,agricultural science and technology resources are misallocated to different degrees in 25 provinces of china,the mismatch of agricultural scientific and technological resources has been improved but the effect is not obvious.second,there is an obvious double threshold effect between agricultural science and technology resources mismatch degree and agricultural total factor productivity,and the change of agricultural total factor productivity is significantly limited by the regional agricultural science and technology resources mismatch degree.third,there is a U-shaped relationship between agricultural science and technology mismatch and agricultural total factor productivity has different influence.
