东南地区稻农新品种技术采纳行为影响因素及技术发展、推广策略——基于福建省水稻种植户的调查

Influencing Factors on Rice Farmers’ Adoption Behavior for New Varieties Technology in Southeast China and the Strategies of Technology Development and Extension: Investigation on Rice Farmers in Fujian Province

摘要:

在梳理相关领域研究成果的基础上全面择取研究指标，以福建省种稻农户为调查对象，通过随机抽样调查获取相关数据，探究新形势下影响我国东南地区稻农新品种技术采纳行为的主要因素。构建模型，通过单因素分析叠加多因素分析，测算出土地类型、种稻的最主要动机、水稻性状偏好、周围稻农更新频率、农技推广人员影响程度是东南地区稻农新品种技术采纳的显著影响因素。进一步研究发现，适合山垄田品种、优质品种的更新需求存在缺口，种稻农户的品种更新行为仍然受到周围稻农的极大影响，农技推广人员起到重要的正面作用。基于研究结论，有针对性地提出确立以优质稻品种选育为重点的良种技术发展方向、良种技术发展应关注小众农户的特殊需求、扩大良种技术示范户的影响覆盖面、持续推进接触式农技推广工作方式几点建议。

Abstract:

On the basis of combing the research results in related fields, taking rice farmers in Fujian province as the survey object, this paper obtains the relevant data by random sampling survey to explore the main factors that affect the technology adoption behavior of rice farmers in southeast China under the new situation. Building models, based on the single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis, the paper calculates the land type, the main motivation of rice planting, the rice trait preference, the renewal frequency of the surrounding rice and the influence degree of the agricultural extension personnel are the significant influencing factors for the adoption of the new rice variety technology in the southeast region. By further study, the paper finds out that there is a gap in the demand for the renewal of varieties, the variety renewal behavior of rice farmers is still greatly affected by the surrounding rice farmers, and agricultural extension workers play an important positive role. Based on the research conclusion, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as to establish the development direction of improved seed technology with emphasis on breeding high quality rice varieties, to pay attention to the special needs of small farmers, to expand the influence coverage of demonstration households of improved seed technology, and to continuously promote the working mode of contact agricultural technology extension.
