知识资本视域下瞪羚企业成长力评价与影响因素研究

Research on the evaluation and influencing factors of Gazelle Enterprises' growth ability from the perspective of knowledge capital

瞪羚企业是新时代高质量发展要求下新旧动能转换的重要着力点之一。基于153家瞪羚企业的问卷数据和面板数据，知识资本视角考察瞪羚企业成长过程，运用因子分析和差异对比探索瞪羚企业成长力状况及其影响因素。结果表明：瞪羚企业成长受人力资本、结构资本、关系资本和市场资本四个因子影响，通过瞪羚企业和非瞪羚的科技型企业成长差异对比，发现瞪羚企业在人力资本、市场资本、结构资本方面均优于非瞪羚的科技型企业，关系资本建设方面较薄弱。

Abstract:

Gazelle enterprises are one of the important focuses of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy under the requirements of high-quality development in the new era. Based on the questionnaire data and panel data of 153 gazelle enterprises, this paper investigates the growth process of gazelle enterprises from the perspective of knowledge capital, and explores the growth status and influencing factors of gazelle enterprises by factor analysis and difference comparison. The results show that the growth of gazelle enterprises is affected by human capital, structural capital, relationship capital and market capital. By comparing the growth differences between gazelle enterprises and non gazelle technology-based enterprises, it is found that gazelle enterprises are better than non gazelle technology-based enterprises in terms of human capital, market capital and structural capital, and the construction of relationship capital is weak.
