立足当前我国工业互联网处于从概念推广走向实践深耕过渡的背景，研制工业互联网平台应用水平与绩效评价指标体系，建立工业互联网应用推广公共服务平台，并在该平台上开发工业互联网平台应用水平在线测评系统，采集国内1 400余家企业的相关数据，采用统计分析、聚类分析和相关分析等方法进行数据测算和多维度分析。研究表明：企业平台应用总体水平为31.76分，大多数企业仍处于初级水平且两极分化严重；设备上云率仅为13.1%，上云难度大；实现工业知识沉淀复用的企业仅占15.43%，水平有待提升；业务上云率达36.46%，仍有提升空间；工业互联网人才短缺问题突出，尤其传统行业的相关人才供给严重不足。基于当前我国企业应用工业互联网平台的共性问题，提出建立系统性平台应用水平与绩效评价机制，完善平台标准体系、加快标准应用推广，以及强化用云意识，创新发展模式，深化平台应用等对策建议，以促进我国工业互联网平台应用水平加速提升。

Based on the current background of my country's industrial Internet in the transition from concept promotion to practice, develop an industrial Internet platform application level and performance evaluation index system, establish a public service platform for industrial Internet application promotion, and develop an online evaluation of industrial Internet platform application level on this platform The system collects relevant data of more than 1,400 domestic enterprises, and uses statistical analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis methods to perform data calculation and multi-dimensional analysis. Research shows that the overall level of enterprise platform application is 31.76 points, and most companies are still at the primary level and are highly polarized; the device cloud rate is only 13.1%, which is difficult to cloud; only 15.43% of enterprises realize industrial knowledge accumulation and reuse , The level needs to be improved; the cloud access rate of the business reaches 36.46%, and there is still room for improvement; the shortage of industrial Internet talents is prominent, especially the supply of relevant talents in traditional industries is seriously insufficient. Based on the common problems of the current industrial Internet platforms in my country’s enterprises, it proposes to establish a systematic platform application level and performance evaluation mechanism, improve the platform standard system, accelerate the promotion of standard application, and strengthen the awareness of cloud use, innovate development models, and deepen platform applications. , In order to promote the acceleration of the application level of my country's industrial Internet platform.
