针对正在到来的智能制造时代需求,阐释发展智能化无人车间的战略意义。引入车间智能体和车间镜像概念,以机器人为主体、生产工序为对象、车间全景为环境,探讨智能化无人车间的智能化和镜像化建构模式。将智能化无人车间分解为生产作业系统、边缘计算系统和远程监控系统,阐释智能化无人车间的运作逻辑。研究成果有助于推进制造业的智能化转型,进而快速抢占智能制造的战略先机。

According to the requirements of the coming intelligent manufacturing era, the strategic significance of developing intelligent unmanned workshop was explained. The concepts of workshop agent and workshop mirror image were introduced, and the intellectualization and mirror image construction mode of intelligent unmanned workshop were discussed with robot as the main body, production process as the object and workshop panorama as the environment. The intelligent unmanned workshop could be divided into production operation system, edge computing system and remote monitoring system, from which the operation logic of intelligent unmanned workshop had been showed. The research results would help to promote the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry, and to seize the strategic opportunity of intelligent manufacturing.
