互联网的发展使得社会经济环境频繁波动，如何在动态环境下维持农产品电商企业持续竞争优势对实现农业现代化发展至关重要。本文基于动态能力理论和资源基础理论，在动态的外部环境下，以动态能力为中介变量，构建农产品电商企业社会资本与绩效的关系模型，并以江西、浙江和湖北三省184家农产品电商企业为研究对象进行实证分析。结果表明：（1）农产品电商企业社会资本对绩效具有积极的影响；（2）农产品电商企业协调整合与重构转变能力在社会资本和绩效间起部分中介作用，也即农产品电商企业社会资本可以通过提高其动态能力来提升绩效；（3）环境动态性在农产品电商企业动态能力与绩效间起到调节作用，表现为当环境动态性水平较高时，协调整合和重构转变对企业绩效的正向影响显著减弱。研究结果揭示了农产品电商企业动态能力在社会资本转化过程中的作用，以及农产品电商企业外部环境在资源转化过程中的协同效应。

The development of Internet makes the social and economic environment fluctuate frequently. How to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage of agricultural e-commerce enterprises in the dynamic environment is very important to realize the development of agricultural modernization. Based on the dynamic capability theory and resource-based theory, this paper constructs a model of the relationship between social capital and performance of agricultural e-commerce enterprises in the dynamic external environment with dynamic capability as the intermediary variable, and makes an empirical analysis of 184 agricultural e-commerce enterprises in Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Hubei provinces. The results show that: (1) the social capital of agricultural e-commerce enterprises has a positive impact on performance; (2) the coordination, integration, reconstruction and transformation ability of agricultural e-commerce enterprises play a partial intermediary role between social capital and performance, that is, the social capital of agricultural e-commerce enterprises can improve their performance by improving their dynamic ability; (3) the dynamic environment plays an important role in the dynamic ability of agricultural e-commerce enterprises When the dynamic level of environment is high, the positive impact of coordination, integration and restructuring on enterprise performance is significantly weakened. The results reveal the role of dynamic capabilities of agricultural e-commerce enterprises in the process of social capital transformation, and the synergy effect of external environment of agricultural e-commerce enterprises in the process of resource transformation.
