高动荡转型环境下,如何确保新旧创新(体系)的顺利过渡与转换是企业界与理论界关注的重要问题。从创新流视角,以6家正在或已经经历创新转型的高新技术企业为研究对象,采用扎根理论研究法对案例进行剖析,构建主流创新与新流创新转换风险控制机制。结果显示:主流创新与新流创新转换风险识别是构成两流创新风险控制行为的重要原因,主要包括模式变异风险识别、能力变异风险识别和资源变异风险识别;在识别和评估两流创新转换风险的基础上,遵循风险识别(感知)—风险评估—风险控制—风险治理效果的逻辑,通过结构惯例更新、资源弹性治理逻辑、过渡型学习控制两流创新变异风险,最终促成新流创新绩效赶超跨越。研究结论对处于创新转型期的企业提供以下启示:确保对两流创新转换风险快速感知,加强创新转换风险评估规范建立,以提高对两流创新转换的环境适应力、降低转换风险,促成新一轮主流创新转换升级。

In the highly turbulent transformation environment, how to ensure the smooth transition and transformation of new and old innovation (system) is an important issue that is concerned by business circles and theorists. From the perspective of the innovation stream, this paper selects 6 high-tech enterprises that are undergoing or have undergone innovation transformation as the research objects, adopts grounded theory research method to analyze these cases, and constructs the risk control mechanism of mainstream innovation and newstream innovation transformation. The results show that the transformation risk identification of mainstream innovation and newstream innovation transformation is an important reason for the two-streams risk control behavior, which mainly includes the variation risk identification of pattern, capability, and resource. The results also show that on the basis of identifying and evaluating the innovation transformation risk of the two-streams, enterprises follow the logic of “risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, risk governance effect”, and control the innovation variation risks of two-streams by carrying out structural convention updating, resource elastic governance and transitional learning, and ultimately facilitates newstream innovation performance improvement. The research conclusions can provide enlightenment for enterprises in the innovation transformation period, that is, to ensure the rapid perception of the risk of two-streams innovation transformation, strengthen the establishment of the risk assessment criterion of innovation transformation, so as to improve the environmental adaptability of two-streams innovation transformation, reduce transformation risk, and promote the newstream innovation transformation.
